The History of The Next 25 Years

FROM THE AUTHOR

 

I claim no special ordination or office or degree of man; simply a calling by God to be one of the Firstfruits in His kingdom and the understanding that He has granted me by fifty years of study of and instruction in His Word. As all men, I struggle against sin and the human nature we all share. I endeavor to overcome and hold fast until the end. I am a member of the Living Church of God and support its work because I recognize it as the most viable branch of God’s Church.

 

This is a work of warning of things that will soon happen. As said in Proverbs 24: 11  "If you forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; 12.  If you say, Behold, we knew it not; does not he that ponders the heart consider it? and he that keeps your soul, does not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?"

 

This work will be written and published. What you do with it is up to you. There is still time to escape though it is quickly running out. This will be a work under construction for some time and you are invited to help with suggestions, corrections provable by God’s word, or even help writing parts. It is not meant to be in competition to any other work, just simply based on study of God’s word. The Word of God is profound in that each subject you study raises many branch studies. I envision this present work to have a main goal of setting in order the prophetic sequence of events of the end time. As branch studies become appropriate those will be identified as a branch to the main topic. One might envision this work as a ‘Tree’ instead of the typical progression one may find in a book.  I intend to publish chapters of the book and other notes that provide any backup information that may be too cumbersome for the flow of the chapters themselves.  I reserve right to edit and update chapters as often as is necessary in pursuit of correctly understanding and presenting God’s Word.

 

I do not expect that all who read this work will agree with it at first, in fact I expect most will have considerable resistance. As the events happen, my hope is that the readers will reconsider and turn back to God. If one is saved from the terrible events ahead, it will be worth it.

 

In order to quell in advance doubts or motives for this work the author gives the following assurances:  This work is privately funded by the author. It is free of any charge and the author does not seek any monetary gain from this work. The author does not seek a following. Any who seek to turn to God are directed to His Church (www.lcg.org) of which I am simply a lay member.

 

NOTE:  This website is owned and authored solely by Robert W. Corbett.  Though the author highly recommends the Living Church of God and its official website listed above, the content of this particular website is developed by the author's lifelong study of God's Word.
